• Active — receiving scans from at least one device
• Stale warning — 80 days no admin login, email sent
• Deleted — 90 days no admin login (free tier), or explicit request

• Data handling (PII, financial, medical)

• Backup frequency
• Has IR plan
• Remote work %
• Uses SaaS apps, cloud providers

AI recommendations use this context to tailor advice.

Self-service deletion

Settings → Danger zone → Request account deletion.

• Confirmation email sent to owner
• One-time link valid for 24 hours
• On confirm:
  • Last admin in org → full org + devices + data deleted
  • Other admin exists → only user deactivated
