Troubleshooting¶
Common issues and quick fixes.
Agent not appearing in dashboard¶
- Check agent logs (
journalctl -u lorika-agenton Linux) - Verify network connectivity to
https://api.lorika.dev - Confirm token is correct (from Deploy page)
- Restart the agent service
Device shows as inactive¶
The agent hasn't checked in recently. Devices are marked inactive after:
- Free plan: 7 days
- Business: 14 days
- Enterprise: 30 days
Restart the agent to reactivate.
AI Recommendations not updating¶
Recommendations regenerate:
- On scan data change (hash-based)
- Daily via scheduled job
- Manually via Refresh button (1-hour cooldown)
If stuck — log out and back in (clears browser cache).
Compliance % seems wrong¶
See Compliance — percentages exclude controls without scan data or manual attestation. Lower scores usually mean:
- Agents not yet deployed on all devices
- Missing manual attestation for procedural controls
- Framework with many procedural-only controls (e.g. DORA)
